ABOUT

I realized my career path in massage therapy early on. With a family history of musculo-skeletal ailments, what I could do to ease their pain and daily life restrictions?  I came to conclusion that this would be the correct career path for me. After graduation in 2009 from Spring Grove High School, I graduated from the Baltimore School of Massage- York Campus with placement on the Director’s List in April of 2010.

Coming to the present, I have over ten years of experience. Settings I have practiced include therapeutic practices, med spas, salon/spa, assistance in chiropractic office and volunteering at corporate and local owned gyms. Most formerly, I had practiced for five years in behavioral health within an addiction and recovery facility. My dedication to massage drives me to continue to help others improve their daily lives. When we feel the physical ease of pain, not only are we able to move more freely, but we are also able to feel more open mentally and spiritually. The fulfillment of my mission within my practice is providing my clients with an array of professional and therapeutic services: to create beneficial harmonic balance between body, mind and self-awareness.

In addition to my massage education, I also graduated from the New York Institute of Photography in May of 2015. My specialty is shooting outdoor portraiture. My favorites are working with mother’s to be, high school seniors and pets. During my time away from work, I enjoy writing, tennis, occasional fishing and spending time with my family. Most recently, life has opened a new chapter, welcoming my first born in September of 2020. Motherhood is a challenge yet is rewarding as I watch my daughter grow each day. We are incredibly grateful to finally have our miracle baby.
