Policies

Etiquette

*Please arrive 15 minutes prior to appointment time. This allows consulting time with therapist about concerns and goals.

*If you are unwell or an emergency occurs, please call immediately to inform therapist. 

* If you have been around others who have contagious illnesses, please contact to reschedule.

*During the session, please communicate with therapist of any discomfort or concerns.

*Therapist will provide clean, comfortable and professional atmosphere.

*Any inappropriate or hostile behavior will not be tolerated. If this behavior occurs, the session will end immediately and client will be charged for full service. If necessary, client will be escorted from the building and authories will be contacted.

*As a courtesy, please cleanse skin or dirt, grease, grime, dust or chemicals prior to appointment.

*Services shall not be provided to any client under the influence of alcohol or illicit substances.

*Please be respectful and courteous while in and around premises of the building.

Gift Certificates

Unless otherwise noted, please redeem all vouchers and gift certificates within two years of purchase date.

In the event of 3 no shows to redeem certificate, this will cause the voucher to be no longer redeemable.

No Shows and Cancellations

Should the client be unable to come to designated day and time of appointment, please contact therapist within 24 hours. In the event of illness or emergency, please contact therapist as soon as possible.

If there is no contact with therapist, client must prepay to reschedule service. This shall be completed through electronic invoice.

All clients are granted 10 minutes grace period. After 15 minutes, the client is considered a no show.

It is understandable that events and situations come about suddenly in life. The therapist is considerate on a case by case scenario. Please contact therapist with any conflicts of which you wish to elaborate. Your cooperation is appreciated.
