Swedish Massage The most basic massage which uses a variety of basic techniques including; long gliding strokes moving in direction towards the heart. This is most often used to relax the body. A great choice for first timers.

Deep tissue Similar to Swedish massage, deep tissue uses much heavier pressure, focusing to release chronic tension within the deepest layers of the muscle. Please consult with therapist prior to this technique.

Combination Massage This is a custom session to fit the client’s needs using various techniques such as but not limited to; stretching, myofascial release and various use of pressure (light, medium, firm, heavy or deep)

Hot/Cold Stone Massage

An application of heated basalt stones radiates deep within the muscles, allowing them to reduce tension, aches, and tightness. This also improves circulation and range of motion as you begin to fall into deep relaxation. Room temperature or chilled marble stones can be used at the finishing stages to slowly bring the body back to state of balance and healing.

Cranial Therapy

Gentle hands-on approach to bodywork using holds, which focuses on the skull within its underlying structures and natural rhythm. This technique aids to compressing and decompressing tension to relieve pain and dysfunctions. Light holds aim to improve whole-body health and performance. Excellent for, but not limited to; headaches, migraine, chronic neck/back pain, sinus dysfunctions, TMJ and stress. Also includes optional neck and shoulder massage.

Foot Reflexology

A healing holistic modality, which applies pressure to the feet using thumb or finger walking and integrated relaxation techniques. The tops, bottoms, and sides of the feet represent a mirror image of the body. Therefore, they include zones and reflex areas. These areas correspond with systems, tissues, muscles and structures of the body. Beneficial to stress reduction, balance (homeostasis), energy and a promotion of well-being. Also wonderful for those who suffer from plantar fasciitis and arthritis. Evidence of these practices dates back to the Egyptians.

Deluxe Foot Reflexology

An all-inclusive pampering for your feet! Includes scrub, mud or seaweed wrap, 60 minutes foot reflexology and a finishing touch with hot stones. Treatment is approx.. 85 to 90 minutes.

Prenatal Massage

An hour massage specifically designed to aid expecting mothers. Routine massages for mama’s-to-be ease muscle spasms, stiffness and cramps; decreases headaches, anxiety, fatigue and stress. Promotes increased mobility, lymphatic and blood circulation. Prenatal massages are typically suggest after the 1st trimester or when mama is feeling well. Support pillows are provided but you are welcomed to bring your own.

Raindrop Therapy

A combined application of massage, vital flex technique and aromatherapy. Essential oils are dispered through the aura fields, gently landing on the skin of the back. Light "feathering" strokes on the back are used to help spread these oils. Vital Flex, used on the feet, is an ancient Tibetan discipline said to bring electrical changes to the body. Our bodies hold frequencies. The application of these techniques creates a balance within the body, pursuing potential aid to ailments of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects. A base oil is used to help keep oils balanced and aid in any irritations throughout the session. Therapeutic grade oils used are oregano, thyme, basil. cypress, birch, marjoram and peppermint. Please consult with therapist about medications and conditions as some may be contraindicated.
